That's how we're UNSTOPPABLE for our employeesThe Product Manager, Supplier & Program Management plays a critical role in ensuring the success of T-Mobile's Accessories business through operational leadership of supplier programs, contract execution, MDF (Marketing Development Funds) management, and cross-functional alignment. This role serves as a connector between Category Management, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, and our vendor partners to ensure our supplier programs are executed with discipline, transparency, and measurable business impact.This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings strong organizational and communication skills, and is passionate about both operational excellence and relationship management.Responsibilities:Contract Execution & Legal CoordinationOwn the end-to-end supplier contract process in partnership with Legal and Category Buyers, including MSAs, Addendums, Product Supplements, and NDAs. Ensure timely execution and appropriate documentation.MDF/MI Management & ReportingLead the MDF lifecycle - from forecasting in partnership with MFP to invoice tracking and proof-of-performance validation. Interface with Accounting and FP&A to ensure accuracy and compliance.Program & Supplier Performance ManagementTrack supplier contractual obligations and performance through Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and ongoing reporting. Manage RFP documentation, supplier briefings, and onboarding processes.Cross-Functional Project LeadershipLead or support key cross-functional programs such as Accessory reverse logistics, SKU and MAP setup, and channel readiness tasks. Manage shared calendars, project timelines, and meeting coordination.Special ProjectsAct as project lead for Accessories-specific workstreams in enterprise-level initiatives. Coordinate across teams to ensure accessory-specific deliverables are accounted for and executed.Qualifications:4-7 years of experience in product management, sourcing operations, or program management - preferably in a retail or consumer electronics environment.Proven track record managing supplier contracts, MDF programs, or cross-functional initiatives.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities with tight deadlines.Strong written and verbal communication skills - able to coordinate across internal teams and represent the business to external partners.Proficiency with Excel, project tracking tools, AI tools, and reporting platforms like Power BI is a plus.Bachelor's degree required; supply chain, business, or related field preferred.What You'll Bring:A problem-solving mindset and a passion for operational fort working independently while collaborating across multiple functions.The ability to build structure and clarity in ambiguous or rapidly evolving environments.A customer-first approach when making decisions and shaping supplier programs.
