GROUNDKEEPERS LABORERS

Temporary-Full time. Pro Turf Inc in Louisville, KY needs 24 seasonal Groundskeepers-laborers. From 10/01/2025 to 11/30/2025, 40 hrs, Mon-Fri, possible weekend/holiday work, 8:00 A.M. - 4:30 P.M. Tasks may include any combination of mow, trim, weed-eat, landscape maintenance and some hardscape workers will help on installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Maintenance for hardscape would include power washing to clean and carrying hardscape and landscape materials. Lifting 75 lbs. is common. On-the job training provided if necessary. May endure fast-paced walking or standing for long periods, extended bending, and stooping. May work under extreme temps. May work in very hot or cold temps. No educ. or exp required. The employer will provide at not charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job. Pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen required. Passed drug test cost will be reimbursed by employer. Workers will be paid weekly on Friday. Offering basic wage rate of $17.74/hr. and OT at $26.61/hr. Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages. Transportation provided from main office to/from all worksites located at multiple cities and towns in Jefferson County, KY. Employer will reimburse H-2B workers in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees including those mandated by the government. Reimbursement for travel subsistence will be a minimum of $16.28 per day up to $68.00 with receipts and transportation from place of recruitment to place of employment when 50% of the employment period is completed. Return transportation and travel subsistence provided to workers who complete contract or are dismissed earlier by employer. Employer will make all deductions from the workeru2019s paycheck required by the law. Shared housing may be available, if used a deduction of $85.00 will be made weekly from the workeru2019s paycheck.
