The PCAS organization staffs mechanical engineers for a variety of roles supporting primarily control section Integrated Product Teams. This individual will provide various mechanical engineering support as needs of programs fluctuate. Based on skillsets, support may include but is not limited to detailed mechanical design, earned value management, test design and execution, and systems engineering. This individual will be expected to flex responsibilities based on the current needs of the organization and their respective skill sets.u200b u200b What You Will Dou200b + P3 u2013 At this grade level, the individual will be expected to work autonomously with regular and periodic oversight, have advanced knowledge of the control mechanism development domain, and coach and review the work of lower level professionals.u200b + The PCAS organization provides ample opportunities for hands-on hardware work.
