As a systems integration engineer on the THAAD program, you will perform systems engineering and design activities, focusing on system interface design. In this role, you will: u2022 Perform cross-program coordination during development of system level interfaces for new capabilities u2022 Lead and support working groups to define/update system interfaces for new capabilities u2022 Incorporate interface updates into existing Cameo models u2022 Maintain and improve existing Cameo models for interface control documents (ICDs) u2022 Perform and support trade studies to support system design updates u2022 Support hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) system level software testing u2022 Develop and update system level software documentation You can learn more about Huntsville, AL by visiting this link. Basic Qualifications: u2022 System engineering or system integration experience u2022 Experience working and interfacing with multiple teams and groups u2022 Eligibility and willingness to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance Desired Skills: u2022 System interface design u2022 Familiar with model based systems engineering and Cameo u2022 Bachelors in Engineering or similar field u2022 Familiar with missile defense systems u2022 Final secret clearance Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
