Material Engineer II

R2C is seeking a Material Engineer II to support our team with the following qualifications:Evaluates materials and develops machinery and processes to manufacture materials for use in products that must meet specialized design and performance specifications. Develops new uses for known materials or works with metals, composite materials, ceramic, glass, plastics, polymers, semiconductors, naturally occurring materials, and combination of materials or composites to create new materials that meet certain mechanical, electrical, and chemical requirements. Supports senior technical personnel and project managers within own organization in various technical activities related to new materials and product development.
