Description Turtle Creek Management/Jackson Realty and Builders is now hiring a Remodel Project Manager Coverage would be Northern OR Southern Indiana The Remodel Project Manager is responsible for the overall supervision and control of the conventionally or HUD financed assisted living facilities, nursing facilities, commercial remodeling, patio home remodel and capital expenditure projects. This position will cover properties in Northern Indiana and Southern Indiana. Requirements + Associate or bacheloru2019s degree in construction technology/project management. + 5 years of commercial remodeling experience. + Familiarity, and history working/managing contractors/vendors in assisted living, and skilled nursing facilities. + Working knowledge of windows-based business software. + Valid driveru2019s license, auto insurance and are willing to travel daily within the state of Indiana in your personal vehicle. IRS mileage rates reimbursed.
