Description We are looking for a skilled Litigation Attorney to join a dynamic commercial litigation law firm in Orlando, Florida. Responsibilities: u2022 Represent clients in commercial litigation and bankruptcy cases, ensuring their legal interests are protected. u2022 Prepare and draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, and pleadings, tailored to case requirements. u2022 Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments. u2022 Manage discovery processes, including gathering evidence and responding to requests. u2022 Advocate for clients during hearings, trials, and depositions with professionalism and confidence. u2022 Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective case strategies and approaches. u2022 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of civil litigation and bankruptcy laws to provide informed counsel. u2022 Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional legal services. u2022 Review and analyze case files to identify legal issues and develop solutions. u2022 Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards in every aspect of practice. Requirements u2022 Must hold a valid license to practice law in the state of Florida. u2022 Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial litigation or bankruptcy law. u2022 Proficiency in drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documents. u2022 Strong knowledge of civil litigation processes and procedures. u2022 Demonstrated ability to conduct legal research and analyze complex issues. u2022 Experience managing discovery processes and handling evidence. u2022 Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. u2022 Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing individual responsibilities effectively.
