Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This is a contract-to-permanent position that offers an opportunity to grow within our organization while providing exceptional service to clients. Responsibilities: u2022 Handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist clients with inquiries and provide solutions. u2022 Perform accurate data entry to maintain organized records and process documentation. u2022 Schedule appointments and manage calendars to ensure timely service delivery. u2022 Communicate with clients via email to address concerns and provide detailed responses. u2022 Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create reports, track information, and complete tasks. u2022 Process order entries efficiently while maintaining accuracy. u2022 Offer empathetic and patient support to clients, ensuring their needs are met. u2022 Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and deliver excellent customer service. u2022 Adapt to potential hybrid work arrangements following completion of training. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in customer service or call center environments. u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting. u2022 Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy. u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication skills. u2022 Ability to manage schedules and appointments effectively. u2022 Empathy and patience when working with individuals who have special needs. u2022 Detail-oriented mindset to handle paperwork and administrative tasks. u2022 Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
