The projects vary depending on the field. + Develop Technical and Analytical Skills: Gain proficiency in tools and technologies used at Toyota such as programing languages, data visualization platforms, or manufacturing systems. + Networking and collaboration: Grow professional network through participating in team meetings and communicating cross-functionally. + Process Improvement and Innovation: Interns are encouraged to observe current practices and suggest improvements.
