Eatonu2019s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Assembler III- 2nd Shift at our El Paso, TX location The core hours are Monday through Friday from 3:30 pm - 12:15 am. The rate for this position is $18.39 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Perform assembly required for testing preparation and final inspection. Perform all assignments within the acceptable quantity and perfect quality requirements in keeping within assigned functions. In this function, you will: u2022 Perform the assigned function from oral and/or written instructions and engineering drawings. u2022 Use various tools, such as an impact gun, sidewinder, and drill to perform the assembly of switchboards. u2022 Handle materials by following established procedures. u2022 Maintain expected progress of jobs in the area of assignment and communicate problem areas or parts shortages. u2022 Observe good housekeeping and safety procedures and keep equipment, tools, and work area clean and orderly by performing 5-S duties and continued dedication to raising the bar. u2022 Lift 20 lbs. with orr without reasonable accommodation as required. u2022 Perform other functions and/or tasks as assigned u2022 Flexing into other functions of the business u2022 Ability to be a team player and work independently with a sense of urgency Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: u2022 No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the immediate area of the Eaton El Paso, TX facility (50-mile radius) will be considered for this position.
