Description We are looking for an experienced Attorney/Lawyer to join our team in Akron, Ohio. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in litigation, particularly in insurance defense, insurance coverage, and products liability. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional legal expertise and a commitment to providing high-quality representation in civil matters. Responsibilities: u2022 Handle litigation cases with a focus on insurance defense, insurance coverage, and products liability. u2022 Draft and review legal motions, pleadings, and briefs with precision and attention to detail. u2022 Manage discovery processes, including collecting, organizing, and analyzing evidence. u2022 Conduct legal research to support case strategies and ensure compliance with relevant laws. u2022 Represent clients effectively in court proceedings, hearings, and depositions. u2022 Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies and achieve desired outcomes. u2022 Maintain accurate documentation and case files to ensure seamless workflow and compliance. u2022 Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on complex civil litigation matters. u2022 Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations impacting litigation practices. Requirements u2022 Licensed attorney with active membership in the state bar. u2022 Minimum of 5 years of experience handling litigation cases. u2022 Strong expertise in civil litigation, including insurance defense and products liability. u2022 Proven ability to draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents. u2022 Proficient in managing discovery processes and legal research. u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication skills. u2022 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an office setting. u2022 High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
