This role will design, develop, implement, test and help maintain features across Game Bar and Windows.Job Responsibilities: Fine-tune and improve a variety of sophisticated software implementation projects Gather and analyze system requirements, document specifications, and develop software solutions to meet client needs and data Analyze and review enhancement requests and specifications Implement system software and customize to client requirements Prepare the detailed software specifications and test plans Code new programs to client's specifications and create test data for testing Modify existing programs to new standards and conduct unit testing of developed programs Create migration packages for system testing, user testing, and implementation Provide quality assurance reviews Perform post-implementation validation of software and resolve any bugs found during testingQualifications: Bachelor's degree in technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required 2-4 years' experience required A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design Large systems software design and development experience, and knowledge of code management tools (Git) Experience performing in-depth troubleshooting and unit testing with both new and legacy production systems Experience in programming and experience with problem diagnosis and resolution Experience using C++/C#/XAML Experience developing on WindowsTop 3 hard skills: C++ 2 -4 years professional experience C# 1- 4 years of experience 2 -4 years developing application UI/UXBenefits:BCforward offers all eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to major medical, HSA, dental, vision, employer-provided group life, voluntary life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and 401k.About BCforward:Founded in 1998 on the idea that industry leaders needed a professional service, and workforce management expert, to fuel the development and execution of core business and technology strategies, BCforward is a Black-owned firm providing unique solutions supporting value capture and digital product delivery needs for organizations around the world.
