Job Description:About the JobThe Facilities Coordinator will work closely with the facilities team to support all aspects of the department, primarily project management support around facilities responsibilities but not personally performing facilities maintenance. Duties include building vendor management and engagement, facilities administration and support, budget and invoice management, maintenance coordination, supporting facilities requests, overseeing administrative support, and project management.Function as a member team following Facilities Manager direction to achieve department goalsCoordinate and oversee routine building preventative maintenance and inspections performed byvendorsCoordinate facilities projects, and track schedulesAssist with facilities budget, PO creation, and trackingEvaluate maintenance requests, set priorities and process work assignmentsMaintain vendor relationships, and ensure cost-effective and timely support of operationsImplement facilities and company processes, and programsEstablish and communicate high quality and safety level expectations to vendors and contractorsUnderstand and comply with all applicable codes, and regulationsReport on activities, budget, supplies, and planned projectsPerform or oversee other facilities duties or services when needed (shipping/receiving, store room upkeep, maintaining electronic files)Coordinate moves, adds, changes for people, furniture, and equipmentAbout YouBasic QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentBe able to obtain release to operate facilities motor vehicleWork in-person (Redmond and/or Bothell)Preferred Qualifications2+ years experience in facilities or other related project management or other experienceMust be willing and able to climb ladders as neededMust be willing and able to Lift up to 40 pounds (use team lift to move larger objects)Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)Build internal and external relationshipsRecognize and act on opportunitiesStrong organization for multi-tasking and responding to multiple requests, maintaining multiple schedules, and providing follow upAnalytical and reasoning skills, ability to read and comprehend simple instructionGood grammar and diction in both written and verbal communicationComputer experience in Microsoft Office, or similar applications, ability to type at average standardProvide excellent customer servicePerform and manage complex projectsAccepting applications for those that do not meet all preferred qualificationsThe pay range for this position is $32-40 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus.
