Required Skills: Manager, Display and Optics TPM Responsibilities: 1. Manage all aspects of people management within the Hardware TPM organization, including hiring, team structure, performance management, and career development. Responsibilities include conducting performance reviews, delivering ongoing feedback and coaching, and creating meaningful growth opportunities for direct reports 2. Collaborate on the development of end-to-end project plans, guide teams through successful execution, and ensure leadership and key stakeholders remain aligned on progress and milestones 3. Collaborate with engineering and product leadership to set and adapt long-term strategies in response to evolving priorities and opportunities 4. Champion engineering and operational excellence by defining metrics and processes for continuous assessment and improvement. Lead cross-functional process enhancements to drive efficiency and quality 5. Clearly articulate the technology, requirements, objectives, and milestones across programs and teams to ensure alignment and accountability 6. Define clear expectations and lead the creation of a collaborative, high-accountability environment in partnership with engineering and cross-functional teams Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: 7. 5+ years of experience building and leading global teams of Technical Program Managers 8. 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management.
