This is the perfect opportunity to interact with clients on a daily basis and help create a supportive and meaningful community u00a0 POSITION:u00a0The purpose of the Sales Representative is to assist the General Manager with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio, building a relationship, providing a positive experience, and successfully moving them through the sales process to a membership sale. The Sales Representative also assists with retaining and providing exceptional customer service to current members. Boutique fitness knowledge or experience is preferred, but not required. This position is full-time position that requires availability to work a rotating, weekend morning shift.u00a0 u00a0 REQUIREMENTS: u00b7 Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required u00b7 Warm welcoming and engaging personality u00b7 Ability to build strong customer relationships u00b7 Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, and private training u00b7 Self-motivated and takes initiate u00b7 Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system u00b7 Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email u00b7 Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills u00b7 Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines u00b7 Must have proficient computer skills u00b7 High school diploma or equivalent required u00b7 Authorization to work in the United States required u00a0 RESPONSIBILITIES: u00b7 Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close u00b7 Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individualu2019s goals and needs u00b7 Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production u00b7 Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider u00b7 Present available services to current or prospective members u00b7 Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota u00b7 Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club u00b7 Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills u00b7 Process accurate cash and credit card transactions u00b7 Follow up & follow through activities with prospective clients u00b7 Input inventory for retail clothing and other items u00b7 Attend and complete all relative training programs u00b7 Take pictures for social media platforms u00b7 Light cleaning of the retail area, studio, and restrooms u00b7 Other duties as assigned u00a0 COMPENSATION & PERKS: u00b7 This position offers a very competitive base rate u00b7 Commission paid on sales u00b7 Huge opportunities for growth within the studios including additional sales and management positions
