General ENT 24-hour on-call coverage. Hospital inpatient rounding. No clinic patients. ER consults u2013 no trauma. Patient volume u2013 2 u2013 8 per day.Sanford will provide a provider services agreement to include compensation and paid malpractice insurance including tail addition, Sanford will cover license and DEA, travel, and lodging.
