We encourage all interested parties to apply today Job Overview: As a general manager at Hart2Hart, Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a McDonald's restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales goals. Wage: The starting salary range for a general manager at Hart2Hart, Inc. is $55,000 (DOE) and comes with bonus opportunities. Essential Duties: u00b7 Manage the restaurant team: Hire, train, and supervise employees, and ensure they follow company policies and procedures. u00b7 Ensure customer satisfaction: address customer concerns and complaints and ensure that customers receive high quality service and food. u00b7 Meet sales goals: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profits, and track performance against targets. u00b7 Maintain operational standards: Ensure that the restaurant meets health and safety regulations, maintains cleanliness and hygiene, and operates efficiently. u00b7 Manage inventory and supplies: Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock levels. u00b7 Manage finances: Manage the restaurantu2019s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. u00b7 Collaborate with other managers: Work with supervisor to implement new initiatives and ensure consistent performance across locations. Physical Requirements: u00b7 Ability to move throughout the restaurant. u00b7 Ability to move boxes up to 50lbs. u00b7 Ability to position self to safely obtain product from high/low places. u00b7 Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. u00b7 Ability to observe the work environment. u00b7 Exposure to high and low temperatures. u00b7 Sit and/or stand for periods of time. Qualifications: u00b7 Minimum 20 years old. u00b7 Available to work a minimum of 40hrs a week. u00b7 Must be serve safe certified. u00b7 Must have completed all department and LDM training. u00b7 Must have completed restaurant leadership training. u00b7 Must be an HU Graduate. u00b7 Strong leadership and communication skills. u00b7 Must have reliable transportation. u00b7 Must be permitted to work in the US. u00b7 Have availability in the mornings, nights, weekends, holidays. u00b7 Prior experience in a restaurant management role is preferred.
