Description: What You Will Be Doing As a Junior-Level Manufacturing Engineer in Greenville, SC, you will support the production of some of the worldu2019s most advanced aircraft by developing, refining, and executing manufacturing processes throughout the program lifecycle. Whether it's supporting full rate production, sustainment, or modifications, you will work alongside experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure high quality, efficient manufacturing operations. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of relatable experience in absence of a bachelors Degree. Experience interpreting Engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturability. Desired Skills: STEM Bachelor's Degree. Previous manufacturing/operations experience (2 to 5 years). Experience with Computer Aided Design (CAD) modeling. Demonstrated experience or desire to be in an Operations role indicated by expressing interest in hands-on applications of engineering and manufacturing principles. Experience working process improvement and corrective action efforts. Strong ability in written and verbal technical communication skills.
