We are seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day execution of high-end commercial pool projects. In this role, you'll lead crews and subcontractors on-site, ensure schedules are met, uphold quality and safety standards, and maintain strong communication with clients, General Contractors, and the Project Manager. What You'll Do + Lead On-Site Teams u2013 Provide direction, accountability, and mentorship to crew leaders and subcontractors. + Customer Service u2013 Act as the client-facing representative, introducing crews, providing updates, and ensuring satisfaction. + Project Execution u2013 Oversee construction activities, ensure adherence to plans, and enforce safety compliance. + Inspections & Quality u2013 Conduct daily checks, resolve variances, and train crews on proper techniques. + Coordination u2013 Plan and schedule tasks, subcontractors, vendors, and equipment to keep projects on track. + Communication & Reporting u2013 Use app-based software to log progress, share updates, and maintain accurate documentation. + Problem-Solving u2013 Anticipate risks, resolve issues, and escalate concerns to the Project Manager when needed. What We're Looking For + Experience as a superintendent or foreman in commercial construction (pool or specialty trade experience a plus). + Strong leadership and communication skills. + Ability to manage crews and subcontractors effectively. + Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. + Familiarity with project management and reporting software.
