Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and key decision-makers through regular follow-ups and effective communication. Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities and provide insights to the team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, activities, and customer interactions in the CRM system. Unencumbered license as a Practical Nurse in the state that care is being provide One (1) year of nursing experience required; three (3) years preferred in Sales Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance Must be able to pass Drug Test Must have a clean Background Checku00a0 Must be available on weekends and alternate on call. Home Health Care experience a plus. Strong clinical skills. Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision.
