As our representative, this position provides exemplary care and exceptional customer service to patients, clinicians, and our laboratory.As a Lead Specimen Collector:Collect patient urine and/or oral fluid (saliva) specimensProcess and package collections or shippingServe as an intermediary between the practice / clinic and the laboratoryRecord patient information, physician order details, and pertinent laboratory informationResolve specimen concerns with billing or patient information in ordering portalOrder and maintain collection supplies inventory onsiteObserve collection for Millennium Health specimens (when applicable)Perform audits on established internal processes (i.e workflows)Acts as a subject matter expert, answering questions and addressing concernsProvide support and training to new and existing team membersDriving from/to multiple facilities may be required.
