In order to be successful as a Designer with Closet Factory you will need to be creative and innovative as well as dedicated and disciplined. Ongoing training keeps you up to date with the latest in design innovations and advances in the industry. Compensation for this position will be commission-based with an additional sales incentive of up to $2000 monthly.u00a0 There will a comprehensive 2 week training that will cover sales processes, design software, product knowledge and more. New Designers will be compensated while in initial training.
