Assembly TechnicianLocation: Everett, WAPay: $19 per hourShift:u00a0Monday -- Thursday 6am -- 4:30pmPosition Overviewu00a0This position will be responsible for wiring variety of electronic, mechanical, subassemblies, and parts to ensure unit functions according to specifications or to determine cause of unit failure.u00a0Essential Job Functionsu00a0- Reads test procedures, performance specifications, and drawings to perform testingu00a0proceduresu00a0- Assemble functional performance of systems, subassemblies, and partsu00a0- Calibrates and utilizes test instrument (Hi-Pot tester) according to specificationsu00a0- Performs functional tests using Hi-Pot testeru00a0- Compares results with specificationsu00a0- Replaces/Repairs defective wiring and componentsu00a0- Operates equipment to verify internal assembly and alignment of parts according tou00a0specificationsu00a0- Account for time and work completed via online computer data collection systemu00a0- wire individual ballast and electrical harnessu00a0Competenciesu00a0- Ability to read schematics, identify electronic componentsu00a0- Able to electronic troubleshoot to the component level, working knowledge of relatedu00a0tools, meters, test equipmentu00a0- Strong Computer skillsu00a0- Experience using power tools and hand toolsu00a0- Sit, stand and walk for up to 10 hours per dayu00a0Physical Demandsu00a0- Ability to lift, pull or push up to 50 lbs.; anything over 50 lbs. is to be assisted.u00a0- Be on your feet 8-10 hours per day.u00a0
