Accounting Manager

Description We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations and ensure accurate reporting within our organization. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills to manage accounting processes and support compliance with regulations. Responsibilities: u2022 Lead the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. u2022 Manage the general ledger and oversee the preparation of journal entries. u2022 Supervise account reconciliation tasks to guarantee accuracy and consistency. u2022 Coordinate and support financial statement audits, resolving any issues that arise. u2022 Oversee full-cycle accounting processes, including accounts payable and receivable. u2022 Utilize SAP to streamline accounting operations and enhance efficiency. u2022 Provide guidance and leadership to the accounting team, fostering detail-oriented growth. u2022 Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend solutions for improvement. u2022 Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. u2022 Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes and reporting. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management. u2022 Proficiency in month-end close procedures and general ledger management. u2022 Strong knowledge of financial statement audits and account reconciliation. u2022 Experience with SAP and other accounting software systems. u2022 Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor accounting staff. u2022 Familiarity with full-cycle accounting processes. u2022 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. u2022 Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
