Auria is looking to hire a System Analyst to support the Command, Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) program. This role is ONSITE in Colorado Springs, CO - Schriever Space Force BaseThe Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program integrates the Missile Defense System. It is a vital operational system that enables the U.S. president, secretary of defense, and combatant commanders at strategic, regional, and operational levels to systematically plan ballistic missile defense operations, to see the battle develop collectively, and to dynamically manage designated networked sensors and weapons systems to achieve global and regional mission objectives. C2BMC is the force multiplier that globally and regionally networks integrate, synchronizing autonomous sensor and weapon systems and operations to optimize performance. This program is integral to all system ground and flight tests, which verify and exercise all current and future missile defense system capabilities.WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO:Analyze real-world data about Missile Defense and Space Domain AwarenessAs part of an Agile Scrum team, develop and complete features and stories mapped to program objectivesDuties will include one or more of the following:Collect and interpret real-world dataDevelop new algorithms to utilize the data effectivelyActively update current algorithms based on new dataMust have an analysis background across various disciplines that support filtering data for predicting future ballistic missile threatsWHAT THE TEAM REQUIRES:Please note your updated security clearance and IAT/relevant certifications on your resume, if applicable.Mission-Driven Professional: Collaborative contributor motivated by the opportunity to develop cutting-edge solutions that protect and serve both the nation and the world.Current/active in-scope DoD issued TOP SECRET security clearance.8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) disciplineor a Master's degree and 6 years of experience,or a PhD and 4 years of experience,or 12 years of related experience in lieu of a degree may be consideredTechnical specialty areas may include:Performance analysis and characterization of large-scale complex system simulations, including:Ballistic missile threatsweapon systemsCommand and controlStrong background in math and physicsExperience using MATLAB to support analysis of complex dataFamiliarity with:Unix/LinuxAgile ScrumContinuous integrationSpecific knowledge of one or more MDS elements:C2BMCAN/TPY-2LRDRBOASBIRSGMBAegis BMDPATRIOTWHAT THE TEAM PREFERS:Practical or theoretical understanding of ballistic and non-ballistic missile defense concepts, Battle Management and Command and Control (BM/C2) systems, defense communication systems, the Missile Defense System (MDS), and Space Domain AwarenessExperience with scenario generation is a plusPAY TRANSPARENCY: The salary offered will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications - skills, education & experience - and the position level. $120,000 - $130,000APPLICATION DEADLINE: The deadline to apply is [set it THREE months from date of post in this format: September 1, 2025]THE AURIA TEAM:Auria is a provider of solutions and software in support of complex Space, National Security, and Cyber missions of federal, international, and commercial customers.
