Facilities Coordinator (Cambridge, MA) Job ID 249803 Posted 02-Dec-2025 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Administrative, Facilities Management Location(s) Cambridge - Massachusetts - United States of America About the Role: As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are complete. This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Facility Managers regarding all repairs and preventative maintenance plans for a large global technology company. This will be a daytime shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, with some flexibility needed. What Youu2019ll Do: u00b7 Work with landlords, tenants, and service providers to make sure they implement and recognize all procedures, policies, and reporting formats. u00b7 Acknowledge all client inquiries and collect work orders. u00b7 Collect information reports to find out performance and progress status. u00b7 File work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors. u00b7 Monitor activities that happen outside the building, such as proper waste disposal and recycling. u00b7 Follow instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions. u00b7 Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors. u00b7 Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. u00b7 Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail. u00b7 Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. What Youu2019ll Need: u00b7 High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience. u00b7 Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. u00b7 Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. u00b7 Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. u00b7 Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. u00b7 Basic math skills.
