Temporary Fulltime position from 2-15-2026 to 12-15-202648 Hours/week18.48/ hour US workerH-2A Adverse Housing Compensation Adjustment -$1.80 -- Wage for H-2A workers provided housing is $16.6813.03/ hour US workerInspect product load for accuracy and safely move it around the facility to ensure timely and complete delivery. Manually or mechanically load or unload agricultural products from pallets, skids, platforms, cars, lifting devices, or other transport vehicles. Accurately mix and apply fertilizer and/or chemicals per blend sheet specifications. Position lifting devices under, over, or around loaded pallets, and secure chemicals for distribution to designated areas. Calculate/batch blends and pump them into storage tanks on vehicles. Collect seed samples. Take soil, water and petal samples. Treat seed, bag fertilizer. Weigh materials/products and record weight or other production data gas or labels. Maintain accurate records/logs. Assist with dispatching equipment and operators. Tender water needed for application process, grain, seed and dry/liquid fertilizer to farmers and field operators. Operate field equipment such as self-propelled sprayers, Terragators, and/or tender dry fertilizer, for dry plants to spreaders. Make necessary repairs to equipment and facilities. Perform additional tasks as required. Provide an organized, clean and safe work environment. Follow safety guidelines and perform all duties in a safe manner. Comply with environmental regulations. Must pay attention to detail and interact with others in a professional and courteous manner.The employer will make all deductions required by law, including federal, state, and local income taxes (if applicable), and court-ordered deductions such as, but not limited to, child support or garnishments. Additional deductions may include stop-payment or check replacement fees, repayment of overpaid wages, and any other deductions authorized by the worker in writing. The employer will also make voluntary deductions authorized in writing in accordance with state law by the worker and may include, but are not limited to, income tax withholding for H-2A workers upon request, retirement plan contributions, health insurance premiums, loan repayments, cash advances, long-distance telephone charges, data plan costs, and services like internet or cable. Deductions for employer-provided housing, tools, and equipment may only occur if the worker is responsible for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or intentional damage, after the damage has occurred and after gaining the employee'sMinimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Employer requires drug screen post hire at employers expense due to the liability of operating equipment. Employer requires criminal background check post-hire at employers' expense due to expensive tools and equipment. Failure to pass drug screen and/or criminal background check will result in termination of employment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive sitting is required. Extensive walking is required. Frequent stooping is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
