Job#: 2091080Job Description:Job SummaryWe are hiring a Product Manager to support and ongoing project leading ideation, planning, and requirements development for enhancements to the customer portal. This is a strategic, non-technical role focused on building feature proposals that will be handed off to implementation teams. You'll gain exposure to all components including buy flow, webmail, and mobile, offering a holistic product view.Key Responsibilities- Map and analyze user journeys across account types to identify pain points and improvement opportunities- Use customer and employee feedback data to guide enhancement ideation and definition- Collaborate with UX to develop wireframes and mockups- Build feature proposals for leadership including problem statements, solution options, and supporting data- Gather updates from stakeholders on current features and production requirements- Partner with testing and Service Reliability engineers to monitor and improve platform performance- Support development and communication of product strategies tied to new services and features- Coordinate with business units to implement new product strategies- Lead product launches and enhancements across the SSPP portfolioQualificationsRequired Experience- 5--10+ years of experience in product management or related field- Experience working with external customer-facing tools- Background in large enterprise environments- Strong communication and organizational skills- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional collaboration- Proficiency in JIRA and comfort with reporting/tracking toolsPreferred Traits- Creative and collaborative mindset- Outgoing and team-oriented personality- Adaptable and able to shift focus across projectsEEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
