If you want to grow and do meaningful work, you'll feel at home here.We're looking for a Lead Data Center Field Coordinator to oversee commissioning and startup of advanced Data Center control systems. In this role, you'll guide regional field teams, coordinate with customers, contractors, and vendors, and ensure projects meet technical, quality, and safety standards. You'll take ownership of programming changes, testing, documentation, and mentoring team members-all with minimal supervision.Responsibilities:Lead regional commissioning/startup efforts for Data Center control systems.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors.Define project scope, requirements, and documentation.Oversee safety compliance and promote a strong safety culture.Manage schedules, budgets, scope changes, and quality standards.Mentor, train, and develop field team members.Lead factory witness testing, first-of-kind startups, and high-security area support.Serve as escalation point for technical issues and client concerns.Other Duties as Assigned: Flex and grow with a supportive team, tackling new challenges and learning every day.Preferred skills or industry knowledge:Value-add Ag such as: Ethanol, Seed Oil, PetfoodFood & BevContinuous ProcessKnowledge and Expertise for this RoleBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).Experience in commissioning, startup, or technical leadership.Strong communication, problem-solving, and client relationship skills.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and provide after-hours support.Relevant certifications/licensing preferred.Location: This position and individual will be based out of one of the following locations: Sioux Falls, SD, Sioux Center, IA, Omaha, NE or Fort Collins, CO.
