Customer Service Specialists work closelywith wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answertheir questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the rightsolutions. Customer Service Specialists are also expected to promptlyresolve any customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction aswell as stay up-to-date with product features and maintain the highquality and visual standards of the products and store. Customer ServiceSpecialists are tasked with achieving excellent customer service, whileconsistently meeting the store's sales goals. Job duties involvecontact with customers, which may include minors; and access to cash andother payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, storemerchandise and other items of value, and such access may be supervisedor unsupervised.
