MaintenanceTechnician SUMMARY Assist in the day-to-day facility upkeep, includingmanufacturing/distribution equipment repair and preventative maintenanceto assure the facility and equipment are maintained in top condition.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Assist withday-to-day facility upkeep and manufacturing/distribution equipmentrepair and preventative maintenance. Troubleshoot, repair, and rebuildmechanical, pneumatic/hydraulic, HVAC and electrical/electronicequipment. Suggest cost-saving upgrades to equipment and changes toimprove performance of equipment. Assist with the development andmaintenance of SOPs and the Preventative Maintenance program. Coordinateand communicate with cross-functional people regarding maintenanceprojects and requests. Maintain and repair office furniture andequipment. Assist with general facility maintenance including snowremoval, sidewalk maintenance, and lighting replacement. Completemaintenance work orders by requested due dates. Source and order partsand supplies when needed.
