Role Summary As a Customer CareRepresentative, you'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice ourcustomers rely on. You'll resolve questions, troubleshoot issues, andprovide financial guidance with empathy and professionalism. Key Accountabilities Respond to customer inquiries viaphone and email, providing prompt, courteous, and accurate service.Troubleshoot and resolve complex account or technical issues usingavailable tools and resources. Promote Associated Bank products andservices that meet customers' needs. Mentor and train new team membersto ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. Demonstrateprofessionalism and care in every customer interaction to strengthenrelationships and loyalty. Collaborate with colleagues across teams toimprove processes and customer experiences. Uphold compliance with allbank policies, procedures, and regulations. Education & ExperienceRequired: High school diploma or equivalent. Less than 2 years ofcustomer service experience in banking, retail, food service, insurance,telemarketing, or sales. Preferred: Bilingual English/Spanishproficiency (eligible for competitive language differential).
