JOB REQUIREMENTS: Your Job As a Capacity Solutions Analyst at KBXLogistics, you will play a critical role in performing analysis anddrive process optimization in collaboration with our KBX Managed Freightteams, our shippers that we support, and our carrier partners. This rolewill foster data-driven decision making across all modes oftransportation, including but not limited to truckload, LTL, intermodal,rail, and ocean. Our Team The KBX Global Capacity Solutions team leadsthe company's strategic sourcing and carrier partnership programsacross all transportation modes. Our primary objective is to delivercapacity solutions to the business that are creative, cost effective,service focused, and add value to our KBX teammates, our customers, andour carrier partners. What You Will Do Provide data analysis and processoptimization support to the Capacity Solutions team across all modes oftransportation. Influence across the organization throughrecommendations derived from data and strategic risk analysis. Build andmaintain relationships with cross-functional teams and carrier partners,ensuring open communication, collaboration, and problem solving. LeadRFP's/bids for dedicated truck capacity, including conducting the bidanalysis and supporting the fleet award recommendations. Analyze fleetperformance by leveraging various data streams and data sets, buildinginsightful reports, and developing key performance indicators (KPI's).Facilitate training sessions for operation planners and leadership toenhance knowledge of dedicated carrier processes and systems. Coordinateand support fleet startup meetings, monitor progress, and address anychallenges alongside Managed Freight teams. Collaborate with KBXbusiness units to understand capacity demands and high-cost lanes,proposing innovative capacity solutions. Assist in the testing andapplication of transportation management systems and implement systemimprovements. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Experience using MSExcel and Power BI to transform, visualize and present data Experienceworking with various data sets to formulate actionable insights andarticulate to business stakeholders Experience establishing andmeasuring KPIs and an ability to identify and report on market trendsExperience working in cross-functional teams What Will Put You AheadExperience working with carriers or transportation capacity planningExperience using data automation toolsets such as SQL or Power Query toextrapolate data and perform automated reports Experience working withdedicated fleets Experience supporting or collaborating with multiplemodes of transportation (truck, ocean, rail, etc.) Experience managingan RFP/bid process Experience working in the transportation andlogistics industry At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
