As the Manager of First Line LendingRisk, you'll lead risk management across the full consumer lendinglifecycle, from originations to collections. You'll strengthencontrols, drive compliance, and partner across the business to protectboth customers and the bank. KeyAccountabilities Own the risk and control environment for Commerciallending activities including originations, servicing, and collections.Lead risk assessments, control testing, and documentation to ensurestrong operational practices. Oversee resolution of complaints,disputes, and errors while ensuring compliance with regulatoryrequirements. Provide advisory support on new products, services, anddigital enhancements to ensure compliance and operational readiness.Monitor and report key risk metrics, emerging trends, and controlperformance to drive proactive action. Manage responses to audits,compliance testing, and regulatory exams, ensuring timely remediation ofissues. Review and advise on regulatory changes, ensuring proper impactassessment and implementation. Promote a strong risk culture bytraining, coaching, and partnering with business line leadership.Education & ExperienceRequired Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk,Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) 6+ years bankingexperience with deep knowledge of products, regulations, and controlframeworks 1+ years...
