If you have any questions, feel free to ask during the interview process Overview The Senior Project Manager, Project Delivery (SPM) will oversee all aspects of the implementation of the Contract for a Delivery Project, or a portion of a IS Delivery Project. They are responsible for managing the financial aspects of the Project, Subcontractors / Vendors, Client relationships and delivering a safe, quality outcome the meets or exceeds our commitments. Responsibilities Specific accountabilities include: u00b7 Maintain a safe and secure work environment through active participation in site planning, Safety Plan review, JHA approvals, on-site tool box talks and conducting site walks with the Lead Construction Manager. u00b7 Is the key resource for the Project Executive and Vice President for all project scope to ensure code and project requirements are met. u00b7 Manages the Project Budget and understands and can execute the management of the Contract delivery type u2013 Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), Lump Sum, or Concession Agreement. u00b7 Manages and understands the requirements of the Contract, including bonds, insurance, notifications, schedules, reporting, costs and energy savings requirements. u00b7 Oversees the set-up of the Project Job Management System (Procore) for all Change Management and Document Control procedures following Company SOPs. u00b7 Negotiate and prepare vendor purchase orders and subcontracts in a timely manner to support the project schedule milestones. u00b7 Lead in the Hand-off meeting from Development that establishes project goals, parameters and client expectations. u00b7 Oversee the Project Team in establishment of the site utilization plan with a focus on cleanliness, access control and overall safety of our employees, client personal and public. Understands the importance of this document as a Safety and Contract Document. u00b7 Oversees the establishment of the Baseline Schedule for the project with a focus on all Energy Savings requirements and milestones. Understands the importance of this document as a Contract Document. u00b7 Ensures accurate, timely and pertinent monthly project reports and cost reviews with project leadership utilizing current information from the Job Management and Accounting Platforms. u00b7 Ensures the implementation of the Project Specific Quality Assurance Plan, including proper documentation to the client and all Subcontractors / Vendors. u00b7 Ensures the Change Management process on the project from RFI Affect Letters, Drawing Revisions, and Client Directives from issuance to resolution is maintained and executed with accuracy and timeliness. u00b7 Ensures Agendas and Meeting Minutes from all regular project meetings with the company's team, Vendors and Subcontractors, and Client are created and distributed. u00b7 Communicates and manages mitigations plans for all Risk Log items with project leadership. u00b7 Works seamlessly with the leadership of all our divisions. u00b7 Build and maintain strong customer relations with subcontractors, vendors and Client, ensuring a predictable outcome in alignment with the Client and our energy goals. u00b7 Participates in industry organizations and looks for opportunities to be involved with the community to promote the company and its goals. u00b7 Manages and develops all Project Managers. This position is full Time, Exempt, and reports to the Project Executive / Vice President, IS Project Delivery. Qualifications Required Education, Experience and Qualifications u00b7 4 Year Degree in Construction Management, applicable Engineering OR applicable field experience and 8+ years of experience. u00b7 Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills. u00b7 Demonstrates leadership skills and has the willingness to address challenges, resolve issues, and motivate others while maintaining relationships. u00b7 Influences outcomes by being resourceful and maintaining focus on safety, financial performance and client expectations. u00b7 Ability to multitask and willing to perform additional duties as necessary.
