What you will do: u00b7 Assemble and install refrigeration system components such as compressors, motors, blowers, fans, coils, electric components and associated wiring, support braces, and other brackets. u00b7 Apply caulk, foam, and Sikaflex as necessary to assemblies. u00b7 Brazing of components during assembly. u00b7 Maintain a high level of workplace organization. u00b7 Complete unit traveler paperwork u00b7 Work with Supervisor and others to develop work instructions and procedures. u00b7 Meet customers' product quality requirements. Report any product quality issues. u00b7 Strict adherence to Quality manual and standards, safety and corporate policies, standards rules of Conduct and procedures. u00b7 Contribute to continuous improvement. u00b7 Maintain a clean and safe work environment. u00b7 Perform any related functions as required. What you will bring: u00b7 High School Diploma or equivalent Physical Requirements: u00b7 Ability to stand and walk continuously. u00b7 Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds frequently. u00b7 Ability to use arms to reach above the should and bend below to the floor level occasionally. u00b7 Ability to use legs to climb ladders up to 10 feet occasionally. u00b7 Ability to be around moving machinery and equipment continuously. Compensation: Base Pay Range: $21.52 per hr to $25.82 per hr. Base hourly rate is determined at time of interview skills assessment. Demonstration of specific skill delineators will add to base rate to determine rate of hire for the applicant. This is a skills-driven position with Hourly rate determined by matrix driven skills assessment. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages.
