Job Description

We are seeking an _Associate Director, Center for innovative leadership_ who will work to independently manage program design and operations for a center or program. This position is responsible for the successful planning and execution of a portfolio of highly experiential, industry-leading programs. This multi-faceted position will include leadership of program operations, management of a dynamic delivery team to ensure successful event execution, and oversight of relevant learning tools, assessments, and systems. Specific Duties & Responsibilities _Program Management_ + Forecast program needs and participant demands, ensuring preparedness and efficiency, while developing and refining operational processes to enhance efficiency and project delivery timelines. + In collaboration with faculty and staff colleagues, develop and maintain program material and learning resources for all courses, programs and events. + Oversee each programu2019s delivery, to include mentoring and leadership of a cross-functional delivery team, with the expectation that both virtual and in-person programs are delivered with consistently high standards of quality. + Build and maintain strong relationships with Johns Hopkins educators, academic leaders, graduate students and partners. + Explore strategic opportunities to grow and expand program portfolio. _Operational Leadership_ + Manage client relationships and ensure effective design, delivery, and management of new and existing programs. + Maintain and clearly communicate to program leadership key data on enrollment, content, program highlights, performance, etc. + Serve as subject matter expert regarding program requirements, advising participants and making additional recommendations as needed. + Responsible for the management and ongoing content maintenance of the learning management system. + Troubleshoot participant technical issues and concerns. + Create or redefine best practices and workflow process to support an exceptional learning experience and cross-enterprise collaboration. _Administrative_ + Supports administrative functions for the program. + Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications + Bachelor's Degree. + Four years of progressively responsible experience in program administration in an academic environment. + Additional education may substitute for required experience andadditional related experience may substitute for required educationbeyond a high school diploma/graduation equivalent, to the extentpermitted by the JHU equivalency formula.
