As the Analyst of DTC Pricing Optimization, you will play a pivotal role on the DTC team at Under Armour. You will be a key member of this team reporting directly to the Lead, DTC Pricing. This position will be an integral business partner responsible for supporting the leadership team, measuring key pricing initiatives, and driving good decision-making. Your Impact u2022 Bring data and analytics to support pricing decisions, helping to proactively recommend opportunities u2022 Support the operationalization of all DTC pricing initiatives including markdown optimization, initial ticket pricing, and promo effectiveness u2022 Assist in the partnership with North America Finance and Business Planning to accurately measure and report on pricing initiatives u2022 Provide ad hoc analysis and support to DTC Pricing Lead on pricing-related decisions (promo/clearance strategy, inventory impact, forecast accuracy) u2022 Work with the merchant and planning teams to review optimized price recommendations, apply discretion, and finalize markdown decisions u2022 Serve as pricing liaison in weekly business meetings and provide executive recapping around pricingrelated business performance Qualifications u2022 1-2 years of experience in FP&A, Merchandising, Planning, Management Consulting, Investment Banking or Business Analysis, a plus u2022 High proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, scenario/sensitivity analysis u2022 Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate findings into actionable solutions and processes u2022 Experience with analyzing big data sets via data structuring and visualization tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, etc.) u2022 Team player with demonstrated ability to influence others u2022 Possess an unwavering commitment to excellence u2022 Willingness to u201cdo what it takesu201d to get the job done-done-done, and commitment to challenging the statusquo to make things better u2022 Consistently producing results that exceed expectations u2022 High integrity u2022 Humble & Hungry EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: u2022 BA/BS required (Business, Economics, Finance major, a plus) Workplace Location + Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore office. + Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in-office per week. Relocation + No relocation provided Base Compensation $62,800.00-$78,500.00 USD Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
