This role demands deep expertise in Windowsserver administration (with 5% Linux servers), advanced virtualization(VMware), Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft SQL, enterprisestorage, IT security including Active Directory, basic networkinfrastructure, enterprise backups, disaster recovery planning, andperformance monitoring. The ideal candidate will bring a strategicmindset, strong technical acumen, and hands-on experience managingcomplex, hybrid IT environments. This role supports critical businesssystems and drives innovation across all aforementioned platforms.Expectations and Responsibilities Design, deploy, administer, patch, andharden Windows Server environments, ensuring optimal security,performance, and reliability Administer, maintain, and harden Linuxservers including patching, performance tuning, and troubleshootingproduction issues Architect and administer VMware vSphere infrastructureEngineer and manage enterprise storage systems (HPE Nimble), includingprovisioning, zoning, replication, snapshots, tiering, and performancetuning Administer and support enterprise backup and disaster recoverysolutions (e.g., Veeam), including offsite replication and recoverytesting Microsoft Azure Administration & Recovery Services Basicknowledge of network support, including L2/L3 switching (Palo Alto,Cisco, HP), VLANs, subnetting, trunking, routing, and spanning tree.Wireless Controller administration and Wi-Fi network support SSLCertificate administration VOIP Support (Ring Central) liaison with RingCentral Support as needed Conduct capacity planning and performanceanalysis for servers, storage, and networks, ensuring optimal systemhealth and uptime Maintain detailed infrastructure documentation,including system architecture, recovery procedures, runbooks, and changecontrol Serve as the senior escalation point for complex L2/L3infrastructure incidents, working with vendors and cross-functionalteams Assist in lifecycle management of datacenter assets fromprovisioning and imaging to decommissioning and secure disposalParticipate in IT projects and lead infrastructure-related workstreamsacross multiple sites Participate in the on-call rotation for IT supportneeds Qualifications & Skills 5+ years IT infrastructure engineerexperience with a proven track record of delivering results whileimplementing infrastructure initiatives in a complex, fast-pacedenvironment. 3+ years in-depth technical experience as follows: WindowsServer Administration Microsoft On Prem AD and Azure AD VMWare vSphereBasic Networking Microsoft Azure Administration SQL Server (or otherdatabases) Veeam Backup & Recovery (or similar solutions) SecurityInfrastructure Performance Monitoring (Linux server Administration aplus) Bachelor's or Technical School degree in computer science orbusiness with an emphasis in information technology (or related field)or equivalent work experience.
