This role supports associate engagement,onboarding, training, benefits, leave administration, and compliancewith employment laws. The HR Generalist serves as a key contact forassociate relations and supports daily HR operations under the guidanceof HR leadership. The Human Resources Generalist will support theperformance management process, assist leadership in disciplinarymanagement and assist with the preparation and maintenance of HRpolicies/procedures including the associate handbook.
