STARBonus % (At Risk Maximum) 5.00 - Salaried Non-Management exceptpharmacists Work Schedule Description (e.g. M-F 8am to 5pm) M-F 8am-5pmOverview Due to growth, we are adding a Human Resources Generalist toour team This is a Hybrid position out of our Appleton WI locations.The Human Resources Generalist provides front-line HR support toenterprise HR functions, assisting in the execution of HR programs,policies, and procedures. This role supports associate engagement,onboarding, training, benefits, leave administration, and compliancewith employment laws. The HR Generalist serves as a key contact forassociate relations and supports daily HR operations under the guidanceof HR leadership. The Human Resources Generalist will support theperformance management process, assist leadership in disciplinarymanagement and assist with the preparation and maintenance of HRpolicies/procedures including the associate handbook. Actas liaison and advocate for both associate and manager concerns andquestions by providing timely and accurate information withinestablished practice, policies, and procedures.
