The Division of Pediatric Nephrology and Hypertensionis currently seeking afaculty memberto join our expanding program Position/Program Highlights: u00b7 Collaborative team of Physicians and Providers, Nurses and Administrative Staff committed to providing care and services forinpatient and outpatient renal failure, hypertension, congenital renal malformations, hematuria, proteinuria, nephrotic syndrome, and several more complex renal conditions. u00b7 Highly engaged with resident and medical student teaching/training and clinical research. u00b7 Opportunity to engage in clinical and research activities across a number of Pediatric and Surgical/Transplant Specialties and Teams, whereOur Department of Transplant Surgery is one of the nationu2019s busiest. u00b7 Strong focus on community outreach and health equity especially in renal diseases and pediatric hypertension. Hospital/Service Line Offerings and Features: u00b7 State-of-the-art treatments including kidney transplantation, peritoneal dialysis and continuous renal replacement therapy. u00b7 The Pediatric Hypertension Program is a specialized effort in collaboration with pediatric nephrology, pediatric endocrinology and clinical nutrition to treat children with obesity and hypertension. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The actual compensation offered to the selected candidate may vary and will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's geographic location, skills, work experience, internal equity, market conditions, education/training and other factors, as reasonably determined by the University.
