Work with elementary, high school, and transitional students (up to 21 years old) with complex communication needs and significant behavioral challenges. Many AAC/AT learning opportunities. Students earn certificates of completion as they work to develop functional life skills in this collaborative and specialized interdisciplinary setting. What Youu2019ll Do: As a Clinical Fellow, youu2019ll work alongside experienced professionals to: + Deliver speech/language, oral motor, and feeding/swallowing assessments and treatments tailored to each patientu2019s unique needs. + Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that empower patients and families. + Collaborate in interdisciplinary team conferences and professional development activities. + Maintain comprehensive documentation in line with MSDE, ASHA, COMAR, and accreditation standards. + Participate in community outreach and departmental initiatives. What You Bring: + Masteru2019s degree in Speech-Language Pathology . + Limited License from the Maryland Board of Audiologists, Hearing Aid Dispensers, and Speech-Language Pathologists. + CPR certification. + Bonus: Additional training in pediatric feeding/swallowing or communication disorders .
