The Role As a Maintenance Supervisor at our Solea Wellen Park you will ensure an amazing resident experience and support in the daily operations at one of ouru00a0Active Adult 55+ communities.u00a0 Reporting to the Community Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to help us achieve our mission of building community, What Youu2019ll Dou2026 Daily Operations + Maintain the integrity of all physical structures, meet safety standards, and ensure a well-maintained living environment for community members, visitors, and team members + Ensure the community meets the Companyu2019s standards for show quality by daily inspecting communityu00a0 + Anticipate, identify and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manneru00a0 + Use YARDI to track work orders and make ready progressu00a0u00a0 + Maintenance of Fire sprinklers, backflow, panel, and alarm compliance including inspections and updated permitsu00a0 + Lead ongoing property maintenance and improvement plans and assist with quarterly inspectionsu00a0 + Maintain a clean work area, tools, and equipment.
