Description RN u2013 LVAD Cardiac Transplant at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. Required Qualifications: + Graduation from an accredited nursing program. + Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire. + National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. + National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire. + 1 year - Nursing experience.
