This role is key in supporting our operational value around ourdedication to safety with an emphasis on providing a safe and livelyenvironment, not only for all of our guests, but also for all of ourteam members. Reporting to a Facility Security Supervisor, you will helpto train, motivate and manage both full-time and part-time facilitysecurity team members on duty SCHEDULE: Full-time security agents work 5(8-hour) shifts a week, hours for this role Grave Shift (10 PM - 6 AM)NIGHTLY RESPONSIBILITIES: Performing scheduled and random checks ofdesignated areas throughout our facility and property by patrolling onfoot to check for security breaches and investigating suspicious personsor activities. Monitoring the entry and departure of persons in andaround our facilities through CCTV systems. Operating and monitoringbuilding access, fire command and alarm computers in the Command Centerin addition to assisting maintenance team members in securing an areaduring a maintenance emergency. Maintaining radio communications withmembers of the Security Team and other departments. Assisting, advising,and relaying information to other departments within the company.Responding to fire, panic, and burglary alarms while assisting in theevacuation of guests and employees during emergency situations. Beingresponsive to security and medical incidents as they arise. Assistingmedical and law enforcement personnel by directing traffic, taking leadon crowd control and securing necessary equipment. Answering inquiriesand providing information to the public; investigating complaints andrecommending corrective action as necessary to resolve complaints.Maintaining time management, equipment/key control use, and incidentrecords. Checking facilities and equipment for needed maintenance andrepairs. Handling daily shipping and receiving, mail delivery andassociated logs. Providing mentorship or instructions to other teammembers. Performing related duties and responsibilities as assigned.Training, motivating and managing full-time and part-time FacilitySecurity team members on duty. Assisting with onboarding of SecurityAgents. Communicate to Security leadership team for safety, conditions,needs of the team and escalation of issues. WE'D LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOUIF: You possess or have the ability to obtain a Department of PublicSafety Standards and Training (DPSST) Private Security OfficerCertification. You are able to work graveyard shift hours
