Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a Family Medicine nurse practitioner or physician associate to join an innovative team of clinicians who are increasing patient access & supporting clinic-based teams throughout Oregon. You will provide direct patient care through virtual visits -OR- indirect care by supporting physicians with in-basket management. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years post-graduate experience within a primary care setting. You will be part of an integrated, team-based care model including a behavioral health provider, clinical pharmacist, case management team, and an outstanding operational support team.
