Master Scheduler Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Master Scheduler to join our Building Automation team. This senior-level management role is critical to the efficiency and profitability of our project portfolio. The Senior Master Scheduler will be responsible for developing, integrating, and maintaining a comprehensive master schedule for all active and upcoming Building Automation projects. This role will serve as the central control point for resource management, material supply chain alignment, and financial forecasting (cash flow/billing projections). The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep project scheduling expertise, strong analytical skills, and the proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment across project management, operations, finance, and procurement teams. Key Responsibilities Strategic Scheduling & Planning + Develop, manage, and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) that encompasses all project phases, from initial design and engineering through installation, commissioning, and final closeout for the entire portfolio of Building Automation jobs. + Define scheduling standards, procedures, and best practices for the company, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all project schedules. + Utilize advanced scheduling techniques (Critical Path Method, resource leveling, etc.) to identify and resolve critical path conflicts, delays, and schedule variances. + Conduct
