We have an inclusive, family oriented, small company like culture, but with the resources and financial strength of a large global company.As a Water Project Manager associated with our Omaha, NE office, youu2019ll have the chance to work on the most cutting edge, challenging projects in Omaha and the country. Project related to stream restoration, stormwater management, drainage, collection system, water conveyance and storage, wastewater, and related transportation aspects for municipal, private, and state clients. As a Project Manager youu2019ll perform design engineering, project design staff oversight, quality control, client development, proposal preparation and assist with sales pursuits for water related projects. You will be leading a multidiscipline design team and working directly with our clients to complete tasks within established schedules and budgets and help advance our business development strategies.Join our Project Management Community of Practice and we will assist in continuing the development of your skills and exploring all that you can do across our global company, with opportunities to share your knowledge along the way. u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering fieldu2022 Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) license or must be able to obtain licensure within 6 months of hireu2022 At least 5 years of professional water resources engineeringu2022 Proven experience designing and leading small to large water related projectsu2022 Demonstrated ability to lead the preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates, model development and analysis, studies, proposals and/or reportsu2022 Strong technical writing and interpersonal skillsIdeally, Youu2019ll Also Have:u2022 Stream restoration experienceu2022 Wastewater Treatmentu2022 Project managing teams of design professionalsu2022 Local candidates with strong network among local clients in the region and a broad range of civil engineering related experienceu2022 Masteru2019s degreeJacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
