Operations Specialist

City Wide Facility Solutions is looking for a motivated Operations Specialist to join our growing team As an Operations Specialist, youu2019ll be the key player in maintaining high-quality service delivery, boosting client satisfaction, and partnering with Independent Contractors (ICs) to ensure excellence across a variety of facility typesu2014including industrial, manufacturing, office, medical, and retail spaces. This is a full-time Salaried position THIS ROLE REQUIRES THE ABILITY TO TRAVEL WITHIN A TERRITORY. SERVICE AREAS u2013 OMAHA/COUNCIL BLUFFS METROPOLITAN AREA. Pay Rate Depends on Experience and Capabilities ($35,000 - $45,000) Hours are typically from 1 PM to 10 PM but vary throughout the week. Primarily 2nd shift. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS u2022 Develop and maintain productive, working relationships with Independent Contractors (IC) by communicating client priorities and collaborating on solving problems. u2022 Review scope of work and ensure quality assurance per account to retain existing business and gain new business. u2022 Communicate with Facility Solutions Manager daily for any issues that need immediate attention, including the nightly recap via email, CRM or phone message. u2022 Make recommendations for IC work assignments, manage to client standards and company guidelines and discharge if not meeting service level agreement. u2022 Manage inspections, customer complaints, customer requests, new client starts, or VIP treatment needing attention. u2022 Execute City Wideu2019s New-Start Policy, Customer Compliant Policy, Four Star Policy, and other operational policies and procedures. u2022 Ensure compliance with client policies & procedures, approved cleaning tools and equipment and their proper use. u2022 Other duties as necessary. Requirements + High school diploma required or equivalent experience in commercial building maintenance. + u2022 Prior experience in management; coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team in multi-unit or locations. + u2022 Strong planning, organization skills, and attention to detail. + u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + u2022 Must be driven, self-motivated/self-starter, and good at problem solving + u2022 Positive and out-going personality; great at building relationships. + u2022 Excellent verbal and strong written communication skills. + u2022 Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of CRM database. + u2022 Must have reliable transportation. + u2022 Willingness to jump in and clean when needed.
