Every day isa little something different and offers both variety and routine Youwill get training and experience in offering exceptional customerservice, evaluating, sorting and organizing used merchandise, loadingand unloading product trucks, prepping goods for transportation to andfrom other donation centers and retail stores, and general cleaning andorganizing.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR A DONATION SPECIALIST1. Possess and demonstrate customer service mindset.2. Ability and willingness to (3-10 below):3. Read, write and speak English4. Travel and transfer to all Goodwill sites on a regular basis as necessary.5. Lift a minimum of 50 pounds and be able to stand for long periods at a time; climb stairs; bend, reach and stretch repeatedly during a shift.6. Follow written or verbal instructions.7. Be dependable and able to work flexible hours (including nights and weekends).8. Work in all weather conditions, with exposure to moving trucks and forklifts, and moderate noise levels.9.
